Back on topic! My kids are taking EOG’s this week (End of Grade testing) AND the ballgames are always going. So we are still cooking up healthy, tasty meals that require minimal prep in the evening. If you haven’t been following along, the criteria for our slow cooker dinners includes few (if any) processed ingredients, no condensed soups- it must be “throw-and-go”, and the whole family has to approve.
This recipe met the above requirements beautifully!
